This notice explains how ShopOps Manual handles information related to digital product purchases and customer support.
Information we collect
We may receive your name, email address, purchased product, order status, and transaction reference from Paddle after checkout confirmation. We may also collect information you send directly when contacting support.
Payment data
Payment details are processed by Paddle. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
How we use information
We use purchase information to deliver access instructions, provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, manage refunds, and comply with legal or tax obligations handled through Paddle.
Service providers
We use Paddle for checkout and payment processing and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process data needed to complete purchases and send access emails.
