ShopOps Manual is operated by MV ECOM LLC. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are handled in line with Paddle’s buyer terms and refund process.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact Paddle through paddle.net using the email address used for the purchase. You may also contact us at support@safeply.me for help identifying your order.
Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on Paddle, the payment method, and the customer’s bank or card issuer.
