Refund Policy

We want customers to understand what they are buying before completing a purchase. Because our products are digital, access is normally delivered shortly after payment confirmation.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product was not delivered, cannot be accessed, or is materially different from the product description.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined when the product was successfully delivered and accessed, when the request is outside the refund window, or when there is evidence of abuse, redistribution, or policy violation.

How to request a refund

Email support@safeply.me with your purchase email, order reference if available, product name, and the reason for the request.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle. Refund timing may depend on Paddle, the payment method, and the customer’s bank or card issuer.
